Chapter reserves the right to cancel classes for low enrollment or other scheduling conflicts. 
Registrants will be notified and course fees paid will be refunded or transferred to another course offering at the registrant's request.
If Chapter has to cancel class due to hazardous weather conditions we willcontact registrant via email or telephone as soon as determination
is made.  If Class is not cancelled but student is unable to attend class due to weather please call the chapter office before class begins

and leave your name and telephonenumber and a message to enable us to transfer your registration fees to another course offering.
