Plus $25 per component per person, First Aid for Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) and/or Standard Precautions, registry Fee payable to UW-Oshkosh, CCDET

First Aid CBRF training $70.00 per participant

Standard Precautions training $35.00 per participant

First Aid CBRF + Standard Precautions $80.00 per participant

 + $15.00 per particpant per course to UW-OSHKOSH-CCDET

To register for this course please fill in and print registration form REGISTER and mail student's name, address and phone number with payment for course (check payable to ARC-WW) and the $15 State fee, per course, (check payable to UW-Oshkosh-CCDET).

Payments must be made at time of registration.

Registrations without CCDET fee for CBRF employee registrations will not be included on course record sent to UW-Oshkosh. 

Our chapter can accept credit card payments for training, but UW-Oshkosh-CCDET will not accept credit card payments for name registry. Certification cards will be given to students on the day of the class, upon successful completion.
